Now that we're less than 100 days away who does everyone think the 13 Seekers of Darkness and 7 Guardians of Light will actually be? Tomoco Kanemaki is the author behind the novel adaptations of the massively popular Kingdom Hearts game franchise. Formchange is a little like Drive Form's artsy cousin.
To start off, not all identities of the 7 Guardians of Light have been confirmed prior to the start of Kingdom Hearts 3. The 7 Guardians of Light are formed by King Mickey to fight the 13 Seekers of Darkness and protect the seven princesses, the χ-blade, and the Kingdom Hearts. Following up from Kingdom Hearts 2's Mushroom Organization 13, Kingdom Hearts 3 has introduced the Flantastic 7, a series of seven mini-games hidden in the game's various worlds. Kingdom Hearts 3 didn't give players the Drive Forms they'd grown used to in Kingdom Hearts 2 instead, they introduced the Formchange feature. Master Xehanort revealed that he knew his attempts to create χ-blade through the reunion of Ventus and Vanitas was a hasty attempt due to his impatience and that he had always been searching for a true way to forge it.
